User's responsibilities and prohibited actions
- The User shall use the Service at his/her own risk and is solely responsible for all acts and consequences of the Service.
- Users shall appropriately manage their email address and password related to the use of this site.
- Users may not transfer or lend their account to any third party.

- Carpools
- 自家用車による非営利の同乗者募集に限り以下に該当する投稿はできません。
- バスツアー、営利目的の募集
- 長期間あるいは複数回の相乗りを目的とした募集
- 現地集合を目的とした募集
- 代理による募集
- 他のサービス、SNSなどと併用しての募集
- 参加希望者は必ず当該相乗りにおいて参加申込みするものとし、申込みがない場合はいかなる理由であっても相乗り評価・アカウント制限などは一切できません。
- Groups
- Posting for the purpose of advertising, solicitation, or directing to other services, websites, apps, etc., is prohibited.
- Events
- Posting events that are being advertised on other services, websites, or apps is prohibited.
販売規約
- 適用範囲
- 当規約は当サービスで定める利用規約に準ずるものとし、当該利用規約と本規約に矛盾が生じる場合は本規約が優先するものとします。
- 当規約は弊社の販売するすべての売買契約において適用するものとします。
- 売買契約
- 売買契約は当サービス上の商品購入完了の掲示をもって成立とします。
- 購入商品の利用環境の整備・確保はユーザーが行うものとし、弊社は一切の責任を負いません。
- 引き渡しの拒否
- 弊社は以下に該当する場合リフト券の引き渡しを拒否することがあります。
- 禁止行為、不正行為などが確認できた場合
リフト券販売規約
- 利用条件
- 営業期間・時間・利用条件などは各商品に明記されている通りとし、当社は一切の保証をいたしかねます。
- 気象・積雪・ゲレンデ状況その他の事情によりご利用可能期間が変更になる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承下さい。
- いかなる場合でも返品・返金・キャンセル・再発行・注文内容変更はできません。
- 他の割引券との併用はできません。
- 禁止行為
- 本サービスにおける商品の転売・譲渡・貸与およびそれらに類似する行為を禁止いたします。
- 禁止行為に違反した場合、商品を無効とし返金を拒否いたします。
- リフト券の引き渡し
- リフト券はスキー場窓口において当サービスのリフト券発券画面を提示することを持って引き渡します。
- 発券のための利用環境については売買契約に準ずるものとします。
お支払い方法・時期・返品などは
特定商取引法に基づく表示をご確認下さい。
Account freezing and restriction
- If your account is frozen or restricted, you are prohibited from obtaining or using another account, and your account will be immediately frozen if you violate this rule.
- Account restrictions are usually lifted after a certain period of time, but we will not be able to answer any questions regarding whether or not or when the restrictions will be lifted, so please refrain from contacting us.
- We carefully consider account restrictions and suspensions, so we do not accept any objections or appeals.
- Please report users who you believe are in violation of the terms of use or are causing trouble. We will restrict the accounts of users who are found to be violating the Terms of Use or causing trouble.
- We will not be able to respond to the result of the report.
- We will make decisions regarding account restrictions based on comments and other publicly available information (including content that is only available to followers).
- We will not use private talk or messages outside of our site for judgment, as such messages may be considered a violation of privacy and confidentiality of communications.
Information that occurs outside of the application cannot be verified and will not be used to determine account eligibility.
About customer harassment
If any of the following actions are deemed to have occurred during a contact or app support session, we may refuse to respond and take measures such as forcible withdrawal, account suspension, or restrictions.
- Threats, abusive language, coercive language, insults, denial of personality, invasion of privacy, excessive responses, provision of services, apologies, etc.
- Excessive response, provision of services, or demand for an apology
- Slander in app store reviews or on others
- Any other conduct that we deems to be customer harassment
